Delivery
We collect orders daily from 9am till 9pm. We accommodate deliveries from 9:00 am till 9:00 pm within 3-4 hours after your order is submitted and paid.
Please note that same-day orders are accepted by 5:00 pm. In some cases (difficult composition, rare flowers or accessories) the delivery term can increase and is discussed on an individual basis.
On holidays and pre-holidays due to the high order intensity please submit your orders 1-2 days in advance.
Orders for wedding arrangements are accepted 2 weeks prior to the date of event, due to necessity of careful preparation by our staff.
Delivery in Kyiv is free. Price of delivery in Kyiv Region is negotiable (depends on route). Minimum value of order is UAH 200.
Payment
The following methods of payment are available:
- cash payment;
- non-cash settlement;
- wire transfer;
- Western Union.
Cash payment to the courier
A customer can pay cash to the courier at the time of making the order. If your order is registered in the name and address of a recipient the courier will come to you separately to pick up the payment. An additional visit by a courier costs UAH 30.

Money transfer can be made in any branch of the abovementioned banks (commission is 2-4%). To transfer money you are required to just fill in a transfer order form, show identification, and pay the specified amount at the cash desk. Then the operator will give you a transfer code that should be given to the recipient. Besides, the recipient must know the name and surname of the sender, transfer amount and country from which the money has been sent.

On completing a transfer you should advise us of the following data via e-mail or by phone
- Transfer code and the amount;
- Payer’s surname, name, patronymic, city and country from which the money has been sent.
Western Union
Western Union provides money transfer all round the world.
How to transfer:
To effect a transfer a sender should bring cash in the nearest Western Union Agent Location, to fill in the money transfer form and pay the transfer fee.
The transfer gets registered instantly at the Western Union network and the amount becomes available to be paid off in any agent location in nearly any country of the world.
The operator allocates a ten-digit control number to the transfer and advices it to the payer. To receive money the intended recipient only needs to fill in the Recipient Form in the nearest Agent Location.
